Amalaki – Indian gooseberry fruit – Emblica officinalis Gaertn.
Shuddha Parada – Herbal purified Mercury
Shuddha Gandhaka – Herbal purified Sulphur
Haritaki – Chebulic Myrobalan fruit rind – Terminalia chebula

It is best avoided in pregnancy, lactation and in children.
125 – 250 mg before or after food, once or twice a day or as advised by Ayurvedic doctor. It is traditionally advised along with water decoction of kakamachi and Triphala.
