Mall-Sindur is a mineral formulation of Ayurveda and contains mall. mall is Arsenic Trioxide, As2O3. It is also known by many other names viz. Sankhiya, Gauripashan and Fenashma. Arsenic is a strong poison and in Ayurvedic medicines it is used only after proper detoxification. mall Sindur is referenced from Siddha Bheshj Manimala. It should be given in very low dosage with Sitopaladi churna.

The dosage of this medicine is 1/2 ratti to 1 ratti, two times a day.
The exact dosage is dependent on the patient’s strength, condition, and disease.
