Stomach complaints have different causes and can cause pain, burning and often seen in gastritis.
Gastritis can be caused because of intake of excess alcohol, excess use of Anti Inflammatory drugs, resulting in abdominal pain, belching, and many more.
Indication of B2 stomach drops :

Action of Ingredients used in Dr. Bakshi B2 drops :
Anacardium 6x: Weak digestion, with fullness and distention. Pain as if a dull plug were pressed into the intestines. Rumbling, pinching, and griping pains in the abdomen. Nervous dyspepsia ( bloating, Belching, Nausea, Vomiting)
Argentum nitr. 6x: Flatulence, painful swelling of pit of stomach. Abdominal colic with much flatulent distention.
Arsenic alb. 4x: Burning pains, affected parts burn like fire, pains maddening, even felt during sleep, cause shortness of breath.
Atropinum 6x: Nausea and retching with the uneasiness of stomach, Deep pressure on the region below the stomach, to left, is very painful.
Carbo. Veg 8x: Eructations after eating and drinking. Temporary relief from belching. Crampy pains force the patient to bend double. Distress comes on a half-hour after eating. Pain as from lifting a weight; colic from riding in a carriage, flatulent colic, Abdomen distended.
Chamomila 2x: Distended abdomen, Griping in the region of the navel, and pain in the small of the back. Flatulent colic. Pressive pain in the stomach, as from a stone.
Chelidonium maj. 3x: Paralytic drawing and lameness, Pain through the stomach to back and right shoulder-blade. Gastralgia. Constrictive pains across, as by a string.
Lycop 5x: Dyspepsia due to farinaceous and fermentable food, cabbage, beans, etc. Pain shooting across lower abdomen from right to left.
Scrophularia nod.6x: Colic below the navel.
Dosage of B2 stomach drops :
10-15 drops should be diluted in water and taken 3 times a day.
In acute cases take the dose 2 hourly, 6 times a day.
