Pain in the abdomen with profuse vomiting indicates Oleum Ricina. 

Stool and Anus

Inflammation of the anus with difficulty in passing the stool.

For unstoppable passage of stools, diarrhoea with cramps and chilliness.

Extremities

Painful cramps in both the extremities and muscle pains.
