Burning sensation in nose. Dry coryza on one side only, with soreness, swelling, and redness of nostrils.
Mouth and Throat

Cramps in uterus. Itching in vulva, worse evening.
Extremities
Dizziness, Spasmodic twitching of muscles of forearm and hand can be relieved by Stannum Metallicum.
Swelling of hands and feet in evening, restlessness in all the limbs indicates Stannum Metallicum.
Shootings in joints of fingers. Tearing shocks in ankles extending as far as toes.
Skin
Itching pimples, on face, sore to touch or on washing.
Generalities
Worse after using voice while laughing, talking, singing, lying on right side, warm drinks.
