  1. A CHELIDONIUM MAJUS has a prominent liver remedy, covering many of the direct reflex symptoms of diseased conditions of that organ. Helps in jaundice where there is constant pain under the lower and inner angle of right scapula. The yellow-grey colour of the whole skin. The liver is sluggish with great fermentation and accumulation of gas in the abdomen. The jaundiced skin, and especially the constant pain under the inferior angle of the right scapula are certain indications of CHELIDONIUM MAJUS. Chelidonium Majus has marked action in treating indigestion. There is a bitter taste in the mouth with nausea and vomiting. The tongue is coated thickly yellow with red edges showing the imprint of teeth. Pain in the stomach to the back and right shoulder blade. Pain relieved temporarily by eating. 
  2. Constipation with hard stools, round like a ball or like sheep’s dung. Constipation alternates with diarrhea. It also. Paralytic drawing and lameness in single parts are also seen in patients. The great general lethargy and indisposition to make any effort are also marked of CHELIDONIUM MAJUS. Ailments are brought on or renewed by change of weather. CHELIDONIUM MAJUS is an indicated drug in serous effusions, hydrocele, bilious complication during gestation.
  3. Chelidonium Majus is also useful in gall stone colic with sharp, lancinating pain in the gall bladder region with nausea and bilious vomiting. The pain is more from touch and motion and better by pressure. Chelidonium Majus is also indicated in pneumonia when associated with liver affections. The lower lobe of the right lung is usually affected. Dyspnoea, with quick and sharp inspiration and there is a pain in the right side of chest and shoulder on inspiration. Spasmodic cough with small lumps of mucus flying from the mouth when coughing.     
  4.  Dictatorial, dominant.  
  5.  Practical, no-nonsense.  
  6.  Anxiety for others. 
  7.  Delusion with fear that he has ruined his health.    
  8.  Worse on the RIGHT SIDE.  
  9.  Chilly, worse by COLD, WET WEATHER. Change of weather, 4 A.M., 2 or 4 p.m.

  12.  Desire: DAIRY PRODUCTS, cheese, warm drinks/food.  
  13.  Aversion: Cheese, spinach.  
  14.  HEADACHE, RIGHT SIDE. 
  15.  Pain over the right eye.  
  16.  Pressing as from a band above eyes, ameliorated by closing eyes.    
  17.  Orbital neuralgia aggravated right side.  
  18.  Yellow discolouration.    
  19.  Flapping of wings.    
  20.  Neuralgia right side, ext. into teeth, eye; with a liver problem.  
  21.  Tongue yellow, with an imprint of teeth.  
  22.  Bitter taste.    
  23.  Stomach pain better by warm drinks, esp. milk;  
  24. Temporary amelioration (relief) is by eating.  
  25.  Nausea and vomiting BETTER BY warm drinks.  
  26.  Stitching pain ext. to back.  
  27.  Cramping pain better on lying on the left side with legs drawn up.    
  28.  LIVER AND GALL BLADDER complaints, gall-colic, acute hepatitis, jaundice.  
  29.  PAIN RIGHT HYPOCHONDRIUM EXT. TO RIGHT SCAPULA.  
  30.  Pain abdomen better by eating, stool, warm drinks, lying on left side legs drawn up.  
  31.  Pain extending transversely.    
  32.  Constipation alternating with diarrhea.

  49.  YELLOW DISCOLORATION OF HAND PALMS.  
  50.  Rheumatism aggravated on lower limbs, esp. right ankle.    
  51.  Position: On LEFT SIDE.  
  52.  Unrefreshing.  
  53.  Dreams of funerals, corpses.    
  54.  Burning heat spreading from hands over the whole body.    
  55.  JAUNDICE.
